HOW CAN I BE INVOLVED

        By becoming a 500 Club member

      Oz Kids Mazabuka orphanage and Community Development Project, needs a short  injection of capital, to help provide the infrastructure required on the 3/4 acre block before the Kit-home/birthing clinic arrives. Also the ongoing self-funding and Community Development projects.

We need 500 foundation members to each contribute $50.00 (or other) per month for one year only, that's less than $1.80 a day.

 That small effort will have such a positive ongoing impact in the lives of thousands of children. This is our primary source of funding for growth.

Essential infrastructure required.               Estimated cost

1. Amenities block (solid basic construction only to place water tanks on top)........................................................................$4,350 AUD

2. Fit-out amenities block, plumbing, toilets, sinks etc......$2,000 AUD

3. Septic tank and drainage pits, plumbing.....................$3,500 AUD

4. Bio-gas (methane), digester, feeder tank and plumbing, for use in kitchen, water heating and power generation.... ................................$4,000 AUD

5. Security fencing and gates......................................$4,800 AUD (now funded)

6. Water Supply main infrastructure, well, windmill, tanks, pumps and associated plumbing..................................................................$4,600 AUD

                                   Capital needed to become  self-funded.

A 15  tonne truck is required for OK to become immediately self-funded with contracted work, the estimated costs are $35,000 AUD.(Funding now at $25,000) See Current projects. Once the truck is purchased funding will be put toward the Schools, clinics  and Commercial Farming projects see Future projects for details.

One off donations of $20.00 or more are Tax Deductible and receipts sent by mail, 500 Club members receipts will be posted at the end of each financial year. All receipts will be sent via "HELP-LINK Australia" an Oz Kids International partner.

Fundraising

You may be an active person and wish to take on a fundraising project in your town or city. We are happy to come and visit community groups, clubs or churches to give a Power Point Presentation in the North Queensland area. (Australia).
